We are still buzzing from a big weekend of impact at our EmpowerHER Autumn LEAD Conference!

Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the day with us, hearing from our powerful speakers, networking with other members and officially launching #LBDI for 2024.

Melissa Allen showed us how being a cheerleader is good and that we are all leaders! Sean Miller taught how our ego states can affect how we both see and manage conflict. Alison Northern spoke to us about taking that leap from manager to leader and that understanding what type of leader you are, can help.
